ISA launches 43-meter megayacht "Silver Wind"

Italian builder ISA launched another luxury yacht for the 2014 year. This time it is a 43-meter FRP megayacht called "Silver Wind". She was launched on the 12th of June and represents the first hull in the new ISA 140 series. The triple deck planing megayacht was designed by Andrea Vallicelli and and interior by Nuvolari & Lenard with inputs from the owners.

Silver Wind's interior has an accommodation layout for ten guests in five suites. The plan was to emphasize an elegant yet relaxed lifestyle. It allows the balance of light indoor areas with generous outdoor deck spaces. Furthermore it creates an open environment that emphasizes panoramic sea views while ensuring privacy. The propulsion package for Silver Wind uses two diesels connected to Rolls Royce KaMeWa waterjets. Top speed is going to be 32-knots with a cruise speed of 26-knots. She also can be sailed using electric power. The two diesel generators also supply power. In electric mode, Silver Wind's total fuel consumption is supposed to be around 90 liters an hour for a range of 2,600 nautical miles. Expect Silver Wind to be delivered to her owners in July 2014.
