Since yesterday, the 470 Youth European Champions in both genders are known, as the leading men and women teams clearly confirmed their superiortity in the races sailed in moderate 15 kn conditions, and cannot been overtaken in today's Medal Races.
Jordi Xammar/Jose Herp ESP earned another international title ahead of the first persuers Malte Winkel/Matti Cipra GER 28 points behind. The Germans have a 12 points' lead on the 3rd-ranked Giacomo Ferrari/Giulio Calabro ITA, and will most probably be able to defend the Silver medal. Charles/Charles ESP on rank 4 and Waak/Hummel GER on 5 have still chances to reach Bronze.
21 points is the advance of Anna Kyselova/Anastasiya Krasko UKR in the 470 women, just enough to catch the European title definitively. The race for Silver and Bronze remains tight. Frederike Loewe/Anna Markfort GER and Noya Bar-Am/Rimon Shoshan ISR are separated by 3 points only. With a 7 points' deficit, Jess Lavery/Megan Brickwood GBR on rank 4 are ready to profit from the duel of the 2nd- and 3rd ranked.
No Medal Race but two more races will take place today in the 420s. Kilian Wagen/Grégoire Siegwart SUItook the lead yesterday and will have to defend this position today against Hippolyte Macetti/Sidoine Dantes FRA only one point behind. Max Clapp/Joseph Burns GBR and the tied Ewa Romaniuk/Katarzyna Goralska POL are already 31 points behind and will duel for Bronze.
Italian all-round motoryacht builder
Benetti recently launched their latest custom superyacht. She is hull
FB257, the 58-meter "Illusion I" with design by Green & Mingarelli.
The four-deck superyacht is to accommodate up to thirteen guests with
the possibility of the cinema being converted into a cabin if needed.
The interior has been done by the owners interior designer in
conjunction with Benetti's in-house design office. They personally chose
the style of furnishings and décor coming up with a concept that
showcases pink to the forefront. Prized materials have not been left out
on the interior with Travertine, beautiful woods, and multiple types of marble. These finishes are then juxtaposed with very upmarket touches like ray-skin, coco and slivers in mother of pearl. Illusion I
is powered by marine CATs, twin CAT 3512C's for a top speed just over
15-knots and an ocean-crossing range of 5,000 nautical miles at a more
leisurely 12-knots.
