The Australian yard Echo Yachts has delivered 51 metre catamaran support vessel Charley to her owner. 
New Zealand-based studio LOMOcean Design contributed the exterior and interior styling.
This superyacht support vessel was launched in December 2016 and features plentiful options for entertaining guests en-route to the mothership. It has a sheltered observation deck, an informal dining area with seating for eight around a circular table and a lounge complete with flatscreen television and on-board piano.
Charley is able to carry a fleet of up to 10 watercraft, including five tenders, four Jet Skis and a hovercraft, while her upper deck doubles up as a touch-and-go superyacht helipad.
She is the largest composite resin infused vessel built in Australia. Accommodation is for up to five guests in three cabins, while the crew quarters allows for a staff of 13 people.
Power comes from a pair of 2,700hp Cummins QSK60 engines, while the total fuel capacity of 60,000 litres means that she has a maximum cruising range of 2,500 nautical miles at 16 knots.
One of the world's largest sail-assisted superyachts ,named Sailing Yacht A, has been delivered by the German yard, Nobiskrug.
Sailing Yacht A was one of the most eagerly anticipated launches of 2017.
It was designed by Philippe Starc who also designed Melnichenko’s Superyacht A . The yacht was built for the the Russian billionaire, Andrey Melnichenko, and it is one of the most advanced superyachts with unique features such as underwater observation pod, hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system and state-of-the-art navigation systems.
The yacht measures almost 143 metres (468-ft) and has a gross tonnage of about 12,600 GT. It has a top speed of 21 knots and it can ccommodate up to 20 guests and a crew of 54.
A highlight is the 193-square-foot curved glass observation pod in the vessel’s hull.
