The 55th hull in the Westport 112 series has been launched by American yard Westport Yachts. This particular one was commissioned by a repeat Westport owner and will be having it displayed at the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International boat Show (FLIBS) set to take place in early November. The vessel was seen being loading onto a cargo ship in Nanaimo, British Columbia for transport to Florida for the yacht show.
The interior is described as contemporary and done with a walnut finish. Eight guests can be slept aboard the raise-pilothouse vessel. “We are very proud to be delivering this, the 55th 112 on-time, and on-budget once again to another repeat client,” commented Alex Rogers, Westport’s Director of Sales. The client worked closely with the yard’s in-house engineering and interior design staff, incorporating plenty of custom features to enhance his yachting lifestyle. Look out for this particular Westport 112 at the FLIBS November 5th to 9th.
