Horizon Yachts Launch RP110 MotorYacht "Paradise"

Horizon Yachts successfully launched the third motoryacht in their RP110 series.

The new yacht is currently undergoing sea trials and is scheduled to deliver to her owner in Australia at the end of this month. "The new Horizon RP110 superyacht model has enjoyed global success since being launched last year,” . “Hull one ‘Andrea VI’ was delivered to her second-time Horizon owners in November 2013, and hull two has delivered to an owner in Asia. Hull three ‘Paradise’ is definitely another notable launch for Horizon, as she is the largest yacht we have sold in Australia.” With a total LOA of 116-feet, “Paradise” is tailored to suit her Australian owner, his family and their cruising lifestyle. Her sleek exterior and sweeping style lines are the work of J.C. Espinosa; Horizon and Donald Blount collaborated on her high-performance double chine hull design, which provides shallow draft along with high dynamic stability at high speeds and low resistance at low speeds.

Working together with Horizon’s in-house designers, the owners chose South American Walnut in satin finish as their main wood and accents in high-gloss Ebony, providing a nice contrast with the light soft goods and décor found throughout the yacht. Paradise features a five-stateroom layout with an on-deck master and four guest staterooms below deck: two mirrored VIP staterooms midship and two twin guest staterooms forward. Crew quarters are completely aft on the lower deck. Accommodating 10 guests and 6 crew members, Paradise allows ample room for the large group of family and friends that often cruise with the owners. On the main deck, the main salon is comfortable and spacious with a large L-shaped sofa and love seat, and the adjacent formal dining area accommodates eight to ten guests; a fully equipped galley mid-ship and to port is capable of meeting the demands of entertaining large groups on board.
