Profile:
Highly motivated and organized, with a calm and charismatic personality, I have strong leadership, communication and management skills. My extensive experience includes engineering, maintenance, electronics, computer and AV systems. I have also worked on new build projects and in shipyards, dealing with contractors and handling budgets and accounts. During my time in the yachting industry I have worked in a number of different positions on board and I have a thorough understanding of running deck departments and managing crew. The ultimate safety of passengers, crew, the vessel and the impact on our environment is paramount and I enjoy working as a team to implement and comply with the ISM & ISPS procedures and standards. The key to a successful yacht is a hard working and professional team that is led by example.
