Rosetti Marino Group enters yachting market with 85m expedition supply vessel

The Italian commercial yard, supplier for oil and gas industry, turns its expertise to the superyacht sector.

The 85-meter expedition supply concept designed by Tommaso Spadolini will be the first in a diverse range of boats from 48m to 85m.

Former Sanlorenzo and Ferretti executive Fulvio Dodich, who has been appointed chairman of Rosetti Superyachts, explains: “We took the decision to launch this initiative based on Rosetti Marino’s remarkable experience, solid financial background and exceptional facilities to create a series of high-level superyachts with semi-custom or fully customisable identities, as well as providing technical excellence and innovative solutions.”

The luxury yacht architect Tommaso Spadolini is in charge of the whole range of boats this first project is part of.

Interior space would total 2,200GT thanks to the towering four-deck superstructure, while Rolls-Royce would take care of the drivetrain.

Rossetti Superyachts aims to deliver luxury superyachts, long-range supply vessels and expedition yachts of up to 150 meters in length. This new Rosetti Marina division is based in Ravenna and carries out its activities at San Vitale shipyard, which is strategically located in Ravenna Harbour and features a total area of 64.700 square meters.
