Nacra 17 - European Championship 2014 - La Grande Motte FRA - Day 3

Too strong was the Mistral in the beginning of the third day of the Nacra-17 Europeans, but lateron, clouds covered the sky and the wind decreased and became shifty. One group sailed two races with Franck Cammas/Sophie de Turckheim FRA and Lucy McGregor/Andrew Walsh GBR as race winners. The second group completed only one race won by Jason Waterhouse/Lisa Darmanin AUS. The new leaders are Billy Besson/Marie Riou FRA, twice on 2nd yesterday. Vittorio Bissaro/Silvia Sicouri ITA and Allan Norregaard/Line Just DEN follow on 2nd and 3rd. A report with results of Sail-World and the event website. The Mistral will most probably stay on until the end of the Championship, however somewhat lighter in the next days.
