A couple months ago YF.com alerted you to Kleven Yachts
launching a large 107-meter expedition yacht.
This yacht is expected to be delivered to her owner in the Spring of 2015. That same owner has placed another order for another expedition-styled superyacht from Kleven Yachts, this time a 116-meter platform. The superyacht
will be similar looking to her slightly smaller launched sister with launching envisioned for July 2016. The 116-meter expedition yacht will feature six internal decks above the waterline and carry an array of tenders and toys. There is to be provision for a helicopter via a helipad located aft on the upper bridge deck. Like the 107-meter there is tender storage for large tender craft on the bow serviced by their own dedicated and specialized cranes. Large interior volumes will be present and even though an expedition yacht
with utilitarian use in mind, the yacht is to be very luxurious internally.
The owner summed up, "I am very pleased with the quality of the work that has been done by Kleven, and how our organizations have worked together to bring this exciting project to life. I am very much looking forward to seeing both vessels being finalized."
